Liam is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of projects, ensuring all works are carried out safely, on programme, and to the highest standard. With a strong background in construction and site management, he works closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver well-organised and successful projects.

His practical knowledge and proactive approach help ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Commercial Manager

Jamie is our Commercial Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering high-value construction projects across residential and commercial sectors in London and East Anglia.
Specialising in cost control, procurement strategy, and contract management, Jamie focuses on ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
He has managed the commercial delivery of projects ranging from £250,000 to £12m, protecting the project financially, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Jamie also takes pride in delivering commercially sound projects that stand the test of time and not only are we proud of, but the client is also proud of. Afterall, it is their project and investment.

Operations Director

Mark brings extensive industry experience to LMS Construction, overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to completion. With a strong focus on quality, programme, and client satisfaction, he plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure every stage of the build is carefully managed, maintaining clear communication with clients and the wider project team throughout.
